描述Thermo Scientific GeneRuler 50 bp DNA Ladder is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of a double-stranded DNA in the range of 50 bp to 1,000 bp on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. A uniform intensity of bands and bright reference bands allow easy sizing and orientation. A defined amount of DNA in each band enables approximate quantification of sample DNA. |
